When Lionsgate chose to modernize their workplace strategy from “Me” to “We” spaces, they looked to Gensler for change management to help them build their new culture. Working closely with the Consulting Studio that drove the infamous changes, we sought to create something that would greet them upon their move in day and make it easy and as painless as possible. This “Welcome Guide” for Lionsgate was part of the strategy to ease the transition for all employees and be a resource for employees who feel lost in the shuffle.
